Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Angas Park Pitted Prunes
  • 1/2 cup Angas Park Dried Apples
  • 1/2 cup Angas Park Dried Apricots
  • 1/2 cup Angas Park Dried Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Angas Park Dried Pears

Method

  1. Place ricotta and honey in a bowl and mix well to combine.
  2. Arrange fruit on a serving platter.
  3. Place honey ricotta in a bowl in the centre.
