Delivery with Australia Post in Australia

International customers can still register with us and have any of our products or gifts sent to friends anywhere in Australia. As long as the delivery address is in Australia, this Website will accept your order.

If you want orders sent overseas please contact us. Refer to our contact information for these details. Postage rates & pricing change if sent overseas.

The majority of our packages are delivered by Australia Post, Australia wide. Delivery may be held up due to extreme weather conditions, but you the customer would be contacted in this event.

Standard Delivery

Please allow 5 working days prior to shipping.

However, during peak of season prior to Christmas you may need to allow 10 working days for packing prior to shipping.

We will advise any delays to shipping.

Australia post does not provide a refrigerated delivery process.

Postage and Handling Charges

This Website has a module incorporated in it that automatically works out the Postage and Handling charges directly from Australia Post. The delivery charges are determined by where you live, the quantity & weight of products you order. Gift Baskets delivery costs maybe worked out as a cubic weight and not necessarily by the actual weight.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you'll be completely satisfied with your order. However, we realise that problems do sometimes occur.
Angas Park takes no responsibility for orders lost or damaged by the postal or courier service. If your products were damaged during the delivery process, please contact the relevant carrier to report the damage.

Customer Complaints

Any complaints must be advised within 3 working days once parcel is received on either our toll-free number 1800 088 186 or (08) 8561 0831 (otherwise the complaint will not be processed). If a defect is confirmed, we will promptly provide you with a refund or exchange the product upon its return to us. This is a very rare occurrence, but rest assured we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for an additional shipping fee if we need to ship you a replacement product or gift.
