Angas Park Dried Apricots make a tasty and nutritious snack. Like all dried fruit, apricots are high in fibre, low in fat and cholesterol free. Dried apricots are also a source of vitamin A, iron and niacin. Full of tangy flavour and goodness, dried apricots make a delicious accompaniment to cheese and biscuits and can be added to cakes, puddings, curries and stuffings for meat and poultry.
