Mango and Prune Chutney
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 8 minutesIngredients
- 2 x 425g cans mangoes, drained
- 1 cup Angas Park Pitted Prunes, chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Place in sterilised jars and refrigerate.
