Muesli
Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutesIngredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup bran
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 2 cups Angas Park Fruit Medley
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (170ºC-190ºC) for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold with milk and yoghurt if desired.
