Despatch Policy and Back Orders
When your order is placed and payment received we will promptly send to you all items currently in stock. Any items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they become available. If any item you order is sold out or permanently unavailable, we will follow your instructions (use the 'Extra comments' box when completing your details) on whether you would like an alternative selection or a refund on the item.
Returns and Refunds
Should a refund or return is required then notification must be lodged within 3 days of receipt of goods. Returns can be sent in their original condition to Angas Park Fruit Company Pty Ltd, Attention ‘Direct Mail’, 3 Murray Street Angaston South Australia 5353 Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No: from the paperwork that accompanied your order.
Must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase.
Errors, Omissions & Availability
Though we make reasonable effort to ensure listed stock is available in the form described and at the indicated price, we reserve the right to amend or decline orders where we find the website content to be inaccurate or out of date at the time of processing orders. If the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged we will immediately refund your purchase if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to an error or omission on our part.
While we take great care in the realistic representation of our images, the images are intended as a guide only.

Delivery During Hot Weather
Angas Park take the utmost care to ensure your products reach you in good condition. However weather conditions in particular extreme heat can affect chocolate products. If we are aware of extreme temperatures in your location we will contact you to advise the possible delaying of your order.
We provide additional packaging wrap to protect chocolate products as we're unable to provide refrigerated transport.
