Tuna with Fruit Salsa

Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup capers
- 2/3 cup Angas Park Fruit Salad
- 1/2 cup mint
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 small onion
- juice of 2 lemons
- 4 tuna steaks
Method
- Place capers, fruit salad, mint, parsley, onion, and lemon juice in a food processor and process for 1-2 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan, chargrill or BBQ plate and cook tuna on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked to your preference.
- Serve with salsa and salad.
