Pork Gow Gees

Ingredients

250g pork mince

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon chilli sauce

1/4 cup Angas Park Pitted Prunes, finely chopped

30 gow gee wrappers

Method

  1. Place mince, onion, garlic, oyster sauce, chilli sauce and prunes in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Wet around the edge of the gow gee wrappers with water and place a heaped tablespoon of mixture on one half. Fold over to form half moon shapes. Squeeze down firmly with fingers.
  3. Place in a steamer and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked. Serve with soy sauce.
