Apricot Bliss Balls

1 Cup Angas Park Soft & Juicy or Diced Dried Apricots

1/2 Cup Dates, pitted

1 Cup Cashews

1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


With only 5 ingredients these are super easy to make and are a great raw snack.

Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until combined.

Roll into 9 even balls.

Store in airtight container.
