Apricot & Date Granola

200g Oats
150g Angas Park dried apricots, diced
100g Angas Park pitted dates
40g Sunbeam currants
30g coconut
Handful of macadamias, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
100ml S&W Maple Syrup
60ml olive oil or melted coconut oil


Preheat oven to 180oC, place all ingredients in large bowl to mix and coat oats.
On large oven tray spread mix and bake for 25 min stirring to make shore all the mix gets some toasting. Let cool on tray then store in airtight container.
