Mango and Prune Chutney

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 8 mins | Serves: 4


2 x 425g cans mangoes, drained

1 cup Angas Park Pitted Prunes, chopped

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup caster sugar

2 tablespoons honey


  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Place in sterilised jars and refrigerate.
