Florentine Slice

2 tablespoons flaked almonds, chopped

1/2 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

1/4 cup Angas Park Mixed Peel

1/2 cup Angas Park Fruit Medley

2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups cornflakes

200g dark chocolate, melted


  1. Place almonds, peanuts, mixed peel, fruit medley, condensed milk and cornflakes in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Spread into a lamington tin lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (170ºC-190ºC) for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour chocolate over the top and spread out. Leave to set before slicing.
