- Place almonds, peanuts, mixed peel, fruit medley, condensed milk and cornflakes in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Spread into a lamington tin lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (170ºC-190ºC) for 15 minutes.
- Pour chocolate over the top and spread out. Leave to set before slicing.
