Muesli

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Serves: 6

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup bran

1/2 cup flaked almonds

2 cups Angas Park Fruit Medley

1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (170ºC-190ºC) for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Serve warm or cold with milk and yoghurt if desired.
