- Place breadcrumbs, peaches, macadamias, egg, dill, lime juice and zest and tomatoes in a bowl and mix well.
- Stuff squid tubes with breadcrumb mixture. Place on a baking tray.
- Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (170ºC-190ºC) for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with salad.
