Tuna with Fruit Salsa

1/4 cup capers

2/3 cup Angas Park Fruit Salad

1/2 cup mint

1/2 cup parsley

1 small onion

juice of 2 lemons

4 tuna steaks


  1. Place capers, fruit salad, mint, parsley, onion, and lemon juice in a food processor and process for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan, chargrill or BBQ plate and cook tuna on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked to your preference.
  3. Serve with salsa and salad.
